Thank you for your interest in and welcome to The Highlands at Vista Ridge in Roseburg, Oregon. We are a 55+ community and our Home Owners Association complies with the Housing for Older Persons Act (HOPA) exemption to the Federal Fair Housing Act of 1998 by verification of occupancy through surveys and affidavits whereby at least one occupant must be 55 years or older. We are a planned community governed by certain protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and By-Laws. If you haven't already, please read these documents as soon as possible for a smooth transition into our community.
Meetings: Board meetings are held in the Clubhouse on the 4th Thursday of each month at 1:00PM. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
Every effort has been made to preserve the beauty and integrity of the land, making The Highlands a very desirable place to live. In order to maintain the beauty of the community, any changes to the exterior of your property must be approved by the Architectural Committee.
